EZPC TASKS PRIVACY POLICY

Introduction

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the EZPC Tasks mobile application (the  “App”), owned and operated by Innovech Software LLC. (“Innovech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).  We have created this Privacy Policy to tell you the types of information we may collect or that  you may provide when you download, install, create an account on, access, or use the App. 

This policy applies only to information we collect in this App and in email, text, and other  electronic communications sent through or in connection with this App. If you do not agree to  this policy, please do not access or use the App.  

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that we collect offline or on any other Company  apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App, or information that you  provide to or is collected by any third party, including other apps, websites, or content that may  link to or be accessible from or through this App. 

These other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read  before providing information on or through them. 

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your  information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not  download, create an account, or use this App. By downloading, creating an account, or using this  App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued  use of this App after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the  policy periodically for updates. 

1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It.

a. Information Collection. In the course of operating the App, we will collect and  or receive the following types of information. You authorize us to collect and or  receive such information. We may collect information from and about users of  our App directly from you when you provide it to us, automatically when you use  the App, when we collect information from affiliates and non-affiliated sources,  and when we passively collect information from you, such as information  collected from your browser or device.  

b. Information You Provide to Us. You may provide us with information about  you when you use or access the App, such as when you register for an account;  request a service or other information; submit or respond to a service posting;  make a purchase; fill out any forms; and more. This list is illustrative, not  exhaustive; this Policy applies to all your uses of the App. When you download,  create an account, or use this App, we may ask you provide the following information.

c. Information That Is Passively or Automatically Collected. 

i. Geolocational Information. When you use the App, we may collect  general location information. If you install our App, depending on your  device and settings and any permissions you have granted, we may collect  information about your precise geolocation, and we may use that  information to improve the App, including providing you with location based features. In order to provide these features and functionalities while  you are using your mobile device, we may, with your consent,  automatically collect Geolocational Information from your mobile device  or wireless carrier and/or certain third-party service providers   (collectively, “Geolocational Information”). Collection of such  

 Geolocational Information occurs only when the App is running on your  device. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocational  Information, in which case we will not be able to provide certain features  or functionalities to you. 

ii. Payment Information. We utilize a third-party payment provider to  process payment information. If you choose to make a purchase or  subscribe to a feature or service ours that requires a fee, you will be  required to provide your payment information, including, without  limitation, bank account numbers, credit card or debit card numbers,  account details, ACH information, and similar data (collectively,  “Payment Information”). Such Payment Information will be collected and  processed by our third-party payment vendors under the terms and  conditions of their privacy policies and Terms of Use, and we do not  obtain access to any Payment Information in connection with such  purchases or subscriptions.  

iii. Third-Party Analytics. We and the third-party technology providers, ad exchanges, ad networks, advertisers, agencies, ad exchanges, and ad servers with which we work use third-party analytics services (e.g.,  Google Analytics) to evaluate your use of the App, compile reports on  activity, collect demographic data, analyze performance metrics, and  collect and evaluate other information relating to the App and mobile and  Internet usage. These third parties use cookies and other technologies to  help analyze and provide us the data. You consent to the processing of  data about you by these analytics providers in the manner and for the  purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Please be advised that if you opt  out of any such service, you may not be able to use the full functionality of  the App.

iv. Other Information. In addition to the Personal Information, Payment  Information, and Geolocational Information, we may automatically collect  or receive additional information regarding you and your use of the App;  your interactions with us and our advertising; and information regarding  your computer and mobile devices used to access the App (collectively,  the “Other Information”). 

v. Other Information From Your Activity. We may collect or receive  information regarding:

        1. IP address, which may consist of a static or dynamic IP address  and will sometimes point to a specific identifiable computer or  mobile device;
        2. browser type and language;
        3. referring and exit pages and URLs;
        4. date and time;
        5. and details regarding your activity on the App, such as search queries  and other performance and usage data.  

vi. Other Information From Your Contributions. You may also provide  information for publication or display (“Posted”) on public areas of the app, (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are  Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot  control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share  your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that  your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.  

vii. Other Information About Your Mobile Device. We may collect or  receive information regarding: 

        1. type of mobile device; 
        2. advertising Identifier (“IDFA” or “AdID”); 
        3. operating system and version (e.g., iOS, Android, or Windows); 4. carrier; and 
        4. network type (Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, LTE). 

viii. Other Information From Cookies. We may use both session cookies,  which expire once you close the App, and persistent cookies, which stay  on your mobile device until you delete them and other technologies to help  us collect data and to enhance your experience with the App. Cookies are  small text files an app can use to recognize a repeat visitor to an app. We  may use cookies for various purposes, including to: 

        1. personalize your experience; 
        2. analyze which portions of the App are visited and used most  frequently; and 
        3. measure and optimize advertising and promotional effectiveness.

If you do not want us to deploy cookies in the App, you can opt out by  setting your mobile device to reject cookies. You can still use the App  

if you choose to disable cookies, although your ability to use some of  the features may be affected.  

ix. Other Electronic Technologies. We and our third-party vendors may use clear GIFs, pixel tags, and other technologies that help us better understand user behavior, personalize preferences, perform research and  analytics, and improve the App. 

2. How We Use Your Information 

a. Authorized Purposes. You authorize us to use the Personal Information,  Payment Information, Geolocational Information, Commercial Information,  Third-Party Analytics, and the Other Information (collectively, the “Information”)  to:

i. provide our services

ii. to enable you to use the services available through the App, including  registering you for services and verifying your identity and authority to  use our services; 

iii. to conduct identification and criminal background checks, if applicable  and to the extent permitted by law, on service professionals to advance our  interests as well as for the public interest of ensuring the safety of our users both online and offline;

iv. maintain and improve our App; 

v. assist you with your service requests, including providing customer service to you;

vi. to track fees and process billing and payment including sharing with third party payment gateways and payment vendors in connection with the App; vii. administer our promotional programs; 

viii. protect the security or integrity of our service and our business, including  by protecting against, detecting, or investigating malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity;

ix. solicit your feedback; and

x. inform you about additional products and services. 

b. Payment Information. We will use your Payment Information to process your  authorized payments through the App. We will share your Payment Information  with a third-party service provider as necessary to process your payment. The  third-party service provider stores your Payment Information; we do not store this  information. Storage by the third-party service provider of your Payment Information is subject to the privacy policies and practices of the third-party  service provider and is not subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. By  providing your Payment Information, you acknowledge and agree to use of such  information by the third-party service provider for purposes of processing your  payment to us. 

c. Engagement with Third Parties. We share information, including identity  information, with entities that process information on our behalf for our business  purposes. We contractually prohibit third parties from retaining, using, or  disclosing information about you for any purposes other than performing the  services for us. Other examples may include providing technical assistance,  customer service, marketing assistance, and administration of promotional  programs. These other companies will have access to the Information only as  necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law. We may  permit them to use information that does not identify you for any purpose except  as prohibited by law.

d. Improvements to App. In an ongoing effort to better understand our users, the  App, and our products and services, we may analyze certain Information in  anonymized and aggregate form to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the  App and/or such products and services. This aggregate information does not  identify you personally. We may share and/or license this aggregate data to our  affiliates, agents, business, and promotional partners, and other third parties. We  may also disclose aggregated user statistics to describe the App and these  products and services to current and prospective business partners and investors  and to other third parties for other lawful purposes. 

e. Disclosure of Your Information. We may disclose aggregated information about  our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without  restriction. In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or  you provide.

i. We may share some or all of your Information with any of our parent  companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common  control with us.

ii. As we develop our businesses, we might sell or buy businesses or assets.  In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, sale of assets,  dissolution, or similar event, the Information may be part of the transferred assets. 

iii. To the extent permitted by law, we may also disclose the Information  when required by law, court order, or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency; or whenever we believe that  disclosing such Information is necessary or advisable, for example, to  protect the rights, property, or safety of us or others, including you.

iv. To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you  and us, including the Terms of Service [LINK TO OF SERVICE], and for  billing and collection. 

3. Retention & Protection

a. Information Retention. We retain the categories of personal information  described above for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this  Policy or as permitted by law. This typically means keeping the information  while:

i. it is needed to manage our operations, maintain our relationship with you,  or fulfill the original purpose of collection;

ii. it remains necessary for a disclosed purpose that aligns with the context in  which it was collected; or 

iii. it is required to protect or defend our rights or property, including   compliance with applicable legal limitations.  

b. Information Protection. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the  Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or  destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable.  Therefore, we do not promise and cannot guarantee the security of our databases  or the databases of the third parties with which we may share such Information,  nor can we guarantee that the Information you supply will not be intercepted  while being transmitted over the internet. You should take steps to protect against  unauthorized access to your passwords and phone. In particular, email sent to us  may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what  information you send to us via email. 

4. Data Breach Notification 

a. We adhere to the specific notification procedures set out in the Pennsylvania  Breach of Personal Information Notification Act in the event of a breach of the  security of the system. 

5. App Stores & External Websites 

a. App Stores. Your app store (e.g., iTunes or Google Play) may collect certain  information in connection with your use of the App, such as Personal Information,  Payment Information, Geolocational Information, and other usage-based data. We  have no control over the collection of such information by a third-party app store,  and any such collection or use will be subject to that third party’s applicable  privacy policies.

b. External Websites. The App may contain links to third-party websites. We have  no control over the privacy practices or the content of these websites. As such, we  are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites. You should check the applicable third-party Privacy Policy and Terms  of Use when visiting any other websites.

6. Children. The App is not directed to children under the age of 18. We elect to provide  services only to persons 18 years of age or older, including any use of the App. We  adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will not knowingly  collect Personal Information from any child under the age of 18. We ask that minors  (under the age of 18) not use the App. If a child under the age of 18 has provided us with  Personal Information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us and request that  such information be deleted from our records.

7. Changes to Our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at  the top of this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any  such changes will be posted on the App. By accessing the App after we make any such  changes to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Please be  aware that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, our use of the Information is  governed by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time we collect the Information. Please  refer back to this Privacy Policy on a regular basis.
